The Vehicle Inspection Request Process

1. Provide Vehicle Details

Provide information about the vehicle to be inspected. Information such as year, make, model, VIN and mileage as reported by the seller.

2. Provide Seller Details

The inspector will need the seller’s contact details in order to set the appointment to view and inspect the vehicle.

3. Select Inspection Type

4. Submit Inspection Request

Inspectors check fluid levels, such as engine oil, brake, clutch, transmission, coolant, and power steering fluid.

Road Test

Inspectors check engine performance, wind noise, alignment, speedometer/odometer function, and braking performance.

Provide findings in a simple to understand report

In addition to reporting all condition issues in their report, the inspector will also provide a condition rating of various vehicle systems as well as a summary of the vehicle’s overall condition.
